Andrew Jeffery

Andrew Jeffery is the principal behind MillFork Advisors. Spanning 20 years, Andrew’s career path has touched nearly every facet of real estate investing. A true real estate entrepreneur with a deep background in direct investing, capital markets and advisory work, Andrew’s breadth of experience informs a keen instinct for great deals. This seasoned gut feel mixed with careful analysis and dogged persistence yields the best opportunities a market has to offer.

Prior to founding MillFork, Andrew co-founded GreyBrick Partners, a boutique commercial investment and advisory firm based in San Francisco. Clients included US and European-based family offices, high net worth individuals and a publicly listed Swiss real estate investment company. Andrew was responsible for acquisitions, investment strategy and dispositions at GreyBrick. The GreyBrick portfolio consists of assets in California, Washington and Arizona.

Prior to GreyBrick, Andrew co-founded Cirios Ventures, a real estate investment and brokerage firm also based in San Francisco. Launched in 2008 amidst the US housing market’s collapse, the Cirios platform consisted of property valuation analytics, distressed asset workouts and fund management. Cirios managed capital on behalf of 130 high net worth individuals, with investments spanning the property spectrum including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and raw land. Andrew sourced all acquisition opportunities for the Cirios portfolio.

Andrew is an avid writer, with work found in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, HousingWire, CREXi and other outlets. If he’s not scrounging up deals or chasing his kids around the house, Andrew can be found running in the Bay Area’s coastal mountain trails. Andrew lives with his wife and family in San Francisco.
